Returns<\/h3>\n

Follow the steps below for returns \/ exchanges:<\/p>\n

  1. Go to your order confirmation email<\/li>\n
  2. At the bottom of the message you will see a button ‘Return’, click on this to continue the return process<\/li>\n
  3. Choose the product for your return and indicate whether you want to exchange for a different size (free shipping label)
    \nor want to return for a refund (costs for shipping label are for your own account)<\/li>\n
  4. Print the label and then add the original packing slip \/ return form to your package and stick the PostNL label on the package<\/li>\n
  5. Deliver your package to a PostNL Parcel Point near you<\/li>\n
  6. Have you opted for a size exchange? You will receive your new size within 1 to 2 working days
    \naddress of the original order.<\/li>\n
  7. Have you opted for a return with refund only? You will receive your money back within 5 to 7 working days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Return conditions<\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Your packing slip \/ return form is required for all returns \/ exchanges. Have you lost these? Then write your order number and name
      \non an A4 sheet and add it to the package<\/li>\n
    • Returns are only possible if this takes place within 30 days of the delivery date
      \nYou can create a free return label if you choose a size exchange. You can do that
      \nimmediately indicate which size you want to receive.<\/li>\n
    • Exchanges can only take place if it concerns a different size of a previously ordered product.<\/li>\n
    • Do you want a different color or different product? Then please place a new order in our webshop.<\/li>\n
    • If you choose only a return for only a refund of the purchase amount, the
      \nreturn costs for your own account (at a reduced rate via our portal)<\/li>\n
    • Returns can only be submitted with a label via our portal and to a PostNL Parcel Point.
      \notherwise, regardless of an exchange or refund, the full return costs are for your own account.<\/li>\n
    • We only accept unused and unaltered products for refund or
      \nexchange. All labels must be attached.<\/li>\n
    • House for Scale reserves the right to refuse returns if the return policy is abused.<\/li>\n
    • If you received a free gift with your purchase and are returning bracelets for a refund,
      \nthe free gift must also be returned. If not, it will be a free gift for the
      \ndepreciated in full value of the product.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
